In October 2010, a group of Christians, God’s children led by the Holy Spirit, agreed to create a Christian, non profit non governmental organization in the service of God and mankind, named “Pray-Act-Serve, House Of Prayer For All Nations” (P.A.S. HOPFAN).

Before October 2010, the group had implemented a few activities in Bangui, capital of the Central African Republic (CAR).

On 2 January 2013,  the authorities of CAR, where the organization is based, granted to P.A.S. HOPFAN the official authorization to operate in the country.

All decisions  by the organization are made after its members have called upon the Name of God, as the Head of the Church, and have received God’s approval for these decisions.

P.A.S. HOPFAN uses Christian Cultural and Spiritual Centers (CCSC) and houses of prayers as important tools to achieve its objectives. The CCSCs are open to anybody.

Whoever confesses the Christian faith and any other organization that also does so may use these Centers for God’s work.

The first CCSC is being set up in Bangui, Central African Republic, under the leadership of Pastor Léonard Gonitoua, President of P.A.S. HOPFAN. Services are planned to take place every Sunday, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., based on a program defined by God.

The weekly program of the CCSC in Bangui includes meetings of the houses of prayer and of children, and also meetings of the Center’s Departments (Public relations, Administration and finances, Evangelization, Intercession and deliverance, Praises, Training, Houses of prayers, Social work, Men, Women, Youth, Media), as well as biblical teachings.

On some occasions, the CCSC organizes other events based on the Lord’s guidance.

In the medium term, the CCSC will open other programs to help improve people’s intellectual capacity and skills, including initiatives to fight illiteracy.

The organization was officially launched in Bangui in January 2013, when it was officially authorized to operate in CAR.

The Executive Board plans to open local Committees in each of the 16 prefectures in CAR and one international office in New York, USA, in the short to medium term.

Since 2010, P.A.S. HOPFAN is represented in the Republic of Congo through its international office based in Bombellou, where Pygmies live.

Our confession of faith

© P.A.S. HOPFAN/Logo

P.A.S. HOPFAN confesses the Christian faith and believes that:

1- There is only one God in three Persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit who are working together;
2- Jesus Christ is the Son of God, came on earth to show us the way, is The Way, The Truth and Life, died and resurrected, and is our Lord and Savior;
3- Jesus Christ is the only Mediator between God and men/women;
4- Jesus Christ saves, heals and sets captives free;
5- God gives spiritual gifts and ministries to His children, for His work;
6- Jesus Christ is coming back soon.

Our objectives

© P.A.S. HOPFAN/Prayer and Deliverance

These are the objectives of P.A.S. HOPFAN:

To PRAY, i.e. to raise prayers to God for men and women, the Central African Republic where our organization is based, and for all nations in the world, based on the Bible; and to build houses or groups of prayer in the Central African Republic and all around the world.

To ACT, i.e. to follow the Word of God, guided by the Holy Spirit; and to implement concrete projects for men and women’s physical and spiritual growth, individual development, peace, economic and social development in the Central African Republic and around the world, according to the guidance provided by the Spirit of God.

To SERVE, i.e. to train disciples of Christ for them to bear the Fruit of the Spirit, as explained in the books of John 15:1-17, John 15:20, and Galatians 5:22-25; and to spread the Word of God, as contained in the Bible, throughout the Central African Republic and all around the world.

Our mission

© P.A.S. HOPFAN/Boali Falls, CAR

P.A.S. HOPFAN‘s daily mission, which will help us reach the vision that God gave us, is the following: “To help God’s people and those who are looking for the Truth to know and have intimate relationships with The One who came to save the world, so that these men and women have life in abundance.”

Every day in our lives, we ask ourselves questions for which we do not necessarily have the right answers. We all want to know the Truth because it sets us free. We are all looking for a comfortable life that will help us fly higher and higher towards a great future.

Only God, who knows all things, can lead us to such abundant life. For this to happen, He expects us to get closer to Him in order to learn from Him and grow up.

Our vision

"Sunset"

© P.A.S. HOPFAN/Our vision

Here is P.A.S. HOPFAN‘s vision that the Lord showed to us, which we are following every day God gives us: “Men and women released from captivity and living on earth the abundant life that Jesus Christ has promised to us.”

Everything is possible to those who believe in God. Because our God only has plans of peace for men and women created by Him, and not plans of evil. God’s Kingdom begins on this earth.

We need to claim this abundant life now, which is a life full of love, peace, joy and happiness, among others, and which gives us assurance of salvation. This is the life that Jesus has promised, no matter the situations we are going through in this world, which unfortunately  remains dominated by evil.

Welcome to your blog

© P.A.S. HOPFAN/President and Co-Founder

Welcome to the blog of “Pray-Act-Serve, House Of Prayer For All Nations” (P.A.S. HOPFAN), a Christian non governmental organization based in the Central African Republic. This is your home. We are very pleased to share with you the greatness of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and the treasures of His Son Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

We are men and women who have been called by the Lord to lift up our prayers to Him, to act according to His Word in this earth, and to serve men while remaining in His service until Christ’s jubilant return.

God is real. Christ is real and alive. He is still the same Savior and Lord, full of compassion and love, who knocks on our hearts’ doors, tirelessly. His treasures are accessible to all, and they are free. Will you dare open your hearts to Him? You will not be disappointed.

Shalom! Christ’s Peace be with you.

Léonard Gonitoua
